Step 2 is the second stage of the complete K-BOMB system, following Step 1 Lifting Cream and preceding Step 3 Moisturising Serum.

Processing Time
For lashes:
- Fine: 5 minutes
- Normal: 6 minutes
- Thick: 7-10 minutes
For brows: 6-8 minutes
How to Use
After completing Step 1 Lifting Cream, apply K-BOMB Step 2 Neutralising Lotion to the lashes or brows according to the professional application protocol.
Leave to process for the required time according to the hair type, then remove thoroughly before proceeding to Step 3 Moisturising Serum.
