Processing Times

Processing times apply to Steps 1 and 2 and should be adjusted according to the hair type and condition.

Step 1 - Lifting Cream

For lashes:

• Fine: 7-10 minutes

• Normal: 10-12 minutes

• Thick: 12-15 minutes

For brows:

• Fine: 7-9 minutes

• Normal: 8-10 minutes

• Thick: 10-12 minutes

Step 2 - Neutralising Lotion

For lashes:

• Fine: 5 minutes

• Normal: 6 minutes

• Thick: 7-10 minutes

For brows: 6-8 minutes.

Directions for Use

1. Apply Step 1 Lifting Cream according to the professional treatment protocol and the appropriate processing time for the hair type.

2. Remove the product thoroughly and apply Step 2 Neutralising Lotion, following the product instructions and specified processing time.

3. Remove Step 2 thoroughly and apply Step 3 Moisturising Serum using a clean micro-applicator. Gently comb through the hair to distribute the serum evenly and allow it to absorb.
